We reserve the right to cancel the river cruise. You will be offered a refund for the cruise portion of your package, or the option to attend the cruise in future.

Physical Plastic Blue $40 Day Spa Gift Cards

Our $40 plastic blue gift cards are used for promotional purposes. This means that you can earn them at participating venues however they are never sold for cash. Terms of their use are governed per below rules:

- One gift card per person

- Couples bookings may use up to 2 gift cards in a single transaction 

- Gift Cards may not be used in our day spa gift shop 

- Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash

- Gift Cards expire within 90 days of issue (You only need to make your booking within 90 days however the booking may fall outside the 90 day period providing we have a record of when you made the booking this will be acceptable.)

LIABILITY WAIVER AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISKS

Acknowledgment of Risks and Acceptance of Responsibility:

 

As a guest of TANK Bathhouse and/or a passenger on Cavalier Cruises' vessel, Crusader 1, I acknowledge that participation in spa, dining, bathing, hospitality, and cruise activities carries with it certain inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, the use of spa facilities, consumption of food and beverages, engagement in marine activities, and travel on the vessel Crusader 1. I understand that these activities may involve risks of physical injury, illness, or in extreme cases, death.

Visiting Day Spas and bathhouses, including using hot pools, saunas and steam rooms come with a certain level of risk.

This includes risk associated with both healthy individuals and individuals with medical conditions, pregnant individuals and people of all ages. To be safe you should consult your Medical GP for advice as to the safety of swimming in public pools, in particular heated pools, saunas and steam rooms. We do not provide advice on how these things effect individual circumstances and it is your responsibility to check this before visiting. When arriving to TANK please immediately notify out staff if you have a condition of any kind so that we can assist you with navigating the temperatures of the individual pools or helping you with other safety concerns you may have. 

This includes risk associated with body treatments, body creams and oils and being around water and electricity. 

This includes potential unknown risks associated with far-infra-red saunas and emerging technology that we may offer you from time to time.

This includes risk of food poisoning and/or allergic reaction to the foods we serve. 

By visiting TANK Day Spa you accept all liability and release TANK Day Spa from all such liability. You visit TANK Day Spa at your own risk.

Liability Release:

By agreeing to this waiver, I voluntarily release, forever discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless ASOP Investments Pty Ltd and Cavalier Cruises Pty Ltd, along with their affiliates, owners, officers, employees, agents, and successors from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action, which are in any way connected with my participation in activities or my use of their equipment or facilities, including any such claims which allege negligent acts or omissions of the released parties.

Responsibility for Guests:

As the person making this booking, I accept the responsibility to ensure that all individuals in my party are aware of and agree to this liability waiver. I understand it is my responsibility to inform them of the inherent risks and ensure their agreement to this waiver. I accept all liability and responsibility for any claims or actions brought by individuals in my party.

Health and Safety Acknowledgment:

I confirm that I have no medical conditions that would prevent my safe participation in activities at TANK Bathhouse or aboard Crusader 1. I agree to cease participation and notify TANK personnel immediately if health-related symptoms occur. If necessary, I will obtain medical clearance prior to participation in any TANK treatments or activities.

Alcohol Consumption and Facility Use:

I acknowledge that the consumption of alcohol, especially in combination with spa and marine activities, can be hazardous. I agree to abide by TANK's policies regarding alcohol consumption and facility use, including the prohibition of alcohol in spa rooms and certain areas of the facility. I understand that I am responsible for my own actions and decisions while consuming alcohol and using the facilities. I understand that alcohol will not be served outside of our licensed liquor trading hours. These house can be found at the entry to our premises.

Safety in Wet Areas and Sun Exposure:

I acknowledge that wet areas, such as around pools, baths, and on the vessel, can be slippery. I agree to walk cautiously at all times and maintain at least three points of contact (2 feet on the ground and 1 hand for support) when navigating these areas. If I need assistance, I will seek help from a friend or staff member.

I understand that hot baths, saunas, steam rooms, and exposure to the sun can lead to dehydration, particularly when consuming alcohol. I agree to stay hydrated and understand that complimentary water is available upon request. In addition, I acknowledge the importance of wearing a hat, sunscreen, and sunglasses when exposed to the sun to protect against harmful UV rays.

Care for Swimwear and Dietary Requirements:

I recognise that spa baths, tiled and timber decking areas can have rough surfaces that may damage swimwear. I also understand that chemicals used in pools and on surfaces may cause discolouration to swimwear. I accept these risks and will take appropriate measures to protect my belongings.

In the restaurant, I agree to inform staff of my dietary requirements. While TANK Bathhouse will endeavour to accommodate these needs, I understand that there is no guarantee that food will be completely free from specific substances or potential contamination related to my allergies. I accept the responsibility for any risks associated with my dietary choices.

Photography and Image Use Consent:

I acknowledge that TANK BATHHOUSE is a highly social setting where photographs may be taken by other guests and staff. I hereby grant full permission for any photographs taken of me at TANK BATHHOUSE to be used by TANK BATHHOUSE in their marketing, advertising, or any other promotional activities without compensation. Furthermore, if I post any images of myself at TANK BATHHOUSE on my own social media channels, I consider this as additional consent for TANK BATHHOUSE to use my image in their advertising or marketing, including on social media platforms. I agree that I will not receive any payment for the use of these images.

Acknowledgment and Agreement:

By agreeing to this waiver on the website, I confirm that I have read and understood all the terms, including those related to photography and image use, as well as the guidelines for my safety and the safety of others.
